Hi Dez. First and foremost great intro. From your first paragraph I knew right away what the intent of your newsletter is. I love that you specified the length of your newsletters and that you are keeping it brief at 500 words or less. I think a lot of people will appreciate that due to competing demands for their attention throughout the day. I was able to read this in between meetings and quickly grasp a solid understanding.
I am new to entrepreneurship but the way you described Format Innovation makes a lot of sense to me. I didnt realize that around the core utilization of any innovation there are many ways to iterate upon how that core utilization gets transferred to the audience. Really good read. I don't have anything at this moment that I think will make this better. It checks everything off on my list
